Guide for Licensee User

What the Assessment Portal offers
licensee outline

All licensees participating in the Enhanced Licensee Program (ELP) that involves the Assessment Portal (AP) and Licensee Profile and Self-Assessment (LPSA) need to register on the Assessment Portal.

In order to view the tools, be notified when you submit the LPSA, track your development and view your uploaded documents, you need to be registered on the Assessment Portal (AP). Please note that you must be a registered licensee with the FLA (check the FLA website or confirm with the FLA) before your registration on the Assessment Portal will be approved.

In general, there will be one USERNAME & PASSWORD per LICENSEE company. The licensee contact can share the username and password internally, so that different company staff can access the results. (Please note that this username and password is different from the one assigned for the FLA's online registration and payment system).

The licensors and licensing agents (CLC or LRG if applicable) that you have checked as your business partner(s) in your Portal registration form will be able to see your LPSA Results and uploaded documents.
