Guide for Participating Company/Supplier User
All member companies and member suppliers participating in FLA 3.0 or other projects that involve the AP need to register.
In order to view the tools, to be notified when your suppliers submit a questionnaire, to track their development and to view their uploaded documents, you need to be registered. Please be aware that the registration unit is the COMPANY. Thus in general there will be one USERNAME & PASSWORD per COMPANY. The company can then share their password and username internally, so that different staff can access the results. Please note that staff who has the password will be able to see the results of all suppliers. In the case of big international companies you may also sign up as regional or national divisions of your company (e.g. SUPERSHOES ASIA). In this case we ask that you create a global (non-regional) account (e.g. SUPERSHOES) and regional accounts (SUPERSHOES ASIA, SUPERSHOES CA... ). The portal administrator will then make sure that the non-regional account user will be given access to all results, whereas the regional user will be restricted to results stemming from his/ her region.
Please note that you can only view the results if the supplier/factory has chosen you in the list of possible buyers in the FACTORY REGISTRATION FORM (You have to be registered in order for your company’s name to be featured on that list.)
Receive email results when your suppliers/factories submitted a quiz/ View links in email responses.
As soon as one of your suppliers/factories submits a quiz, you will receive an email including results that contain information on where the supplier/factory performs well, average or insufficient, and indicates possible steps to take. The steps-to-take section features direct links to resources on the FLA Training Portal. The email also contains a link ‘results’ at the beginning of the email leading to an online results area where you can view the answers to every question.
