Guide for Factory User

All Factories participating in FLA 3.0 or other projects that involve the AP need to register.
In order to view the tools, to be notified when you submit a questionnaire, to track your development and to view your uploaded documents, you need to be registered. Please be aware that the registration unit is the FACTORY. Thus there will be one USERNAME & PASSWORD per FACTORY. The factory can then share their password and username internally, so that different staff can access the results.

In your registration form you will be presented a list of FLA member companies (brands) registered on the Assessment Portal. You are asked to check which of these Brand companies are your buyers. But please be aware that all the Brand companies you checked as your buyers will thus be enabled to view  your results. If you do not want to share your results with these companies, you should not select them despite that they are your buyers. E.g., you are supplying for testpcone and testpctwo. You are doing a special project which includes a self-assessement with testpcone and do not want testpctwo to see your results, then do not choose testpctwo.

3. You can see a link ‘results’ at the beginning of the email leading to online results area with answers to every question.
4. The steps-to-take section features direct links to resources on the FLA Training Portal.

My Assessment Area
a)  Results Overview:
1.Results Online: In addition to accessing the results online through the direct link in the automated results email, you can go and look at your previous assessments, summaries and answers to each single question through “Results Overview” under “My Assessment Area”.

2.Tracking Documents: The assessments often inquire on the existence of policies or other sorts of documents. If your factory has these documents, you'll be asked to upload a copy of the document on the portal. You can do so on the spot while answering the assessment, or come back later to "Results Overview" to see which documents are still outstanding and then take action. In general the deadline is set to two weeks after the questionnaire is submitted. You will also be able to view and download your other related reports, e.g., the SCOPE report.

3.Comparison Results: If you have taken the SCAT more than once, you will see comparison charts that show the development over time. It allows you to view your development/stagnation/regression throughout time.
