The "Fair wage" approach helps to capture the different aspects of wage-setting mechanisms and wage trends at the enterprise level, including pay systems; the level of wage that meet basic needs, and the average wage and their coverage of minimum living standards; but also wage evolution along inflation rates, productivity and organizational changes.
